Nursing Care of Senile Patients With High Blood Pressure

目的总结老年高血压患者的护理体会。方法选取我科门诊2014年5月~2015年5月接诊的56例老年高血压患者（60岁以上）作为研究对象,通过在其护理中开展相应的饮食护理,用药指导以及心理护理等,总结工作中的心得体会。结果本组所有老年高血压患者经相应护理后,对高血压的知晓率、服药率、血压控制率均较护理前提高,不良生活方式得到纠正,血压也得到了有效控制。结论在老年高血压患者护理中开展积极的护理措施,能够提高其对高血压的知晓率、服药率、血压控制率,减少致残率,对有效控制老年性高血压具有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing care in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 56 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our outpatient department from May 2014 to May 2015 admissions（60 years old）as the research object,through the development of appropriate care in their diet nursing,medication guidance and psychological nursing,to summarize the experience of their work. Results The group of all elderly hypertensive patients by nursing after medication,the awareness rate of hypertension and rate,the control rate of blood pressure were compared with those before the intervention had improved significantly,unhealthy lifestyles were corrected,blood pressure had been effectively controlled. Conclusion The active nursing measures in nursing care of elderly hypertensive patients,can significantly improve the the awareness rate of hypertension,treatment rate,control rate of blood pressure,reduce the disability rate,is of great significance for the effective control of hypertension in the elderly.
