循证护理对肾结石患者的效果研究

Study on Evidence-based Nursing Effect on Patients With Kidney Stone

目的探究肾结石患者采取循证护理的措施和效果。方法选取2014年9月~2015年12月收治的64例肾结石患者进行护理研究,随机分组,实验组34例患者接受循证护理,对照组患者30例采取常规护理,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理总满意度为97.06%,对照组患者护理总满意度为83.33%。实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肾结石患者采取采取循证护理,可提高治疗依从性,减少术后并发症,有助于身体恢复,缓解身体的不适症状。

Objective Evidence-based nursing method and its effect on patients with kidney stone are to be studied. Methods Chose 64 patients with kidney stone who were treated in hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,34 patients in study group were given evidence-based nursing,while another 30 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then compare patients’ nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients’ nursing satisfaction rate in study group was 97.06%,which was much higher than 83.33% in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with kidney stone,evidence-based nursing is conducive to increasing patients’ treatment compliance,reducing complication incidence,promoting patients’ recovery and relieving uncomfortable symptoms.
