综合护理对慢性支气管炎患者的效果研究

Study on Comprehensive Nursing Effect on Patients With Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨综合护理对慢性支气管炎患者的效果。方法选取我院在2014年6月~2015年11月收治的80例慢性支气管炎患者,将其按照随机法进行分组,观察组40例,对照组40例,观察组患者采用综合护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,评估并对比2组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床医学应用综合护理方法对慢性支气管炎的效果显著,能够提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective Comprehensive nursing effect on patients with chronic bronchitis is to be studied. Methods Chose 80 patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated in hospital from June 2014 to November 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,40 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,while another 40 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and then evaluated and compared patients’ satisfaction rate between two groups. Results Patients’ satisfaction rate in study group was much higher than that in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is quite effective on patients with chronic bronchitis,it is conducive to increasing patients’ satisfaction rate greatly.
