中西医结合治疗老年冠心病临床护理分析

Clinical Nursing Analysis on Elderly Patients of Coronary Heart Disease Treated With Traditional Chinese Medication and Western Medication

目的对中西医结合治疗老年冠心病临床护理措施和效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月~2016年2月在我院接受中西医结合治疗的老年冠心病患者105例,并随机分为对照组（51例）和实验组（54例）,对分别应用常规护理和整体护理的效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者的护理满意度、依从性均高于对照组[92.59%、90.74%vs.74.51%、70.59%],ADL评分高于对照组,心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,t=7.58,7.77,7.31,6.49,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论整体护理应用于中西医结合治疗老年冠心病护理工作中的效果十分理想。

Objective Make an analysis on nursing method and its effect on elderly patients of coronary heart disease treated with combined therapy of traditional chinese medication and western medication. Methods Chose 105 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in hospital from February 2014 to March 2016 and separated them into control group（51 patients）and study group（54 patients）randomly,and then compared conventional treatment effect to comprehensive treatment effect between two groups. Results Patients’ satisfaction rate and treatment compliance rate in study group were much higher than those in control group [92.59%、90.74% vs. 74.51%、70.59%],besides,patients’ ADL score and angina attack times in study group are lower and less than counterparts in control group,t=7.58,7.77,7.31,6.49,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is quite effective for elderly patients of coronary heart disease treated with combined therapy of traditional chinese medication and western medication.
