护理干预对老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients With Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的探究老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应采取的护理措施和效果。方法选取2014年8~11月收治的66例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行护理研究,随机分组,实验组36例采取综合护理,对照组30例患者接受常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理有效率为94.44%,对照组患者护理有效率为83.33%。实验组患者的护理效果更加显著,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者接受综合护理,有助于肢体功能的康复,促使生活质量得到提高。

Objective Nursing method and its effect on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture are to be studied. Methods Chose 66 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were nursed in hospital from August 2014 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups at random. 36 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,while another 30 patients in control group were given conventional nursing and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients’ nursing efficacy in study group was 94.44%,which was much higher than 83.33% in control group. Thus,nursing efficacy was much better in study group compared to that in control group and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is quite effective for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture,it is conducive to patients’ recovery of extremity and promoting their quality of life.
