循证护理在减少ICU患者人工气道意外拔管中的应用效果

Evidence-based Nursing Effect in Reducing ICU Patient Artificial Airway of Accidental Extubation

目的探讨ICU患者人工气道意外拔管的危险因素以及循证护理的护理效果。方法选取我院106例ICU患者进行分组各53例,实验组采用循证护理,传统组采用传统护理,比较2组患者人工气道意外拔管发生率和患者满意程度。结果实验组护理满意度94.34%高于传统组81.13%,P<0.05;实验组意外拔管率9.43%低于传统组24.53%,P<0.05。结论循证护理能够有效减少ICU患者出现意外拔管率,保证了患者的安全,并提升患者的满意率。

Objective To investigate the ICU patient artificial airway accidental extubation risk factors and evidence-based nursing care benefits. Methods 106 cases in our hospital ICU patients grouped 53 patients in the experimental group using the evidence-based care,the traditional group using traditional treatments were compared artificial airway accidental extubation incidence and patient satisfaction each. Results The experimental group nursing satisfaction 94.34% higher than traditional group 81.13%,P 〈 0.05,the experimental group accidental extubation rate 9.43% lower than the conventional group 24.53%,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing ICU patients can effectively reduce the chance of accidental extubation,ensure patient safety and improve patient satisfaction rate.
