降纤酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

The clinical research on treatment of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs with defibrase

目的 :观察降纤酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法:采用降纤酶10IU加人生理盐水250ml静脉滴注每日1次 ,3天后改为5IU共7天为一疗程 ,并以尿激酶治疗为对照组。结果 :降纤酶治疗组全血低切粘度、高切粘度、纤维蛋白原测定值均较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05) ,治疗显效率与对照组相似。结论 :降纤酶能降低血浆纤维蛋白原浓度 ,溶解血栓 ,抗血栓形成 。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of defibrase in treatment of lower limbs deep thrombosis(DTV). Methods: Continually defibrase intravenous drip was used 10 IU Qd 3 days later changing to 5 IU Qd in 7 days per therapeutic course.Urokinase used as control.Results:Whole blood low viscosity, high viscosity, fibrinogen were decreased dramatically in defibrase treatment group in comparison with the control.Conclusion:Defibrase can decrease the concentration of fibrinogen, participating thrombosis lyses, preventing thrombosis.The therapautive effect is reliable.
