茶多酚对动物热应激调控的机制（英文）

Teapolyphenols are the generic term of polyphenols in tea.Tea polyphenols are non-toxic and odorless with high oxidation resistance.Heat stress causes oxidative stress,which impairs the capacity of antioxidant defense system and immunity,thereby seriously affecting the production performance of animals.Teapolyphenols could reduce heatstress response in animals by scavenging harmful free radicals and increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes.

茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称。茶多酚具有抗氧化能力强,无毒副作用,无异味等特点。热应激引起氧化应激,使动物抗氧化力和免疫力的降低,从而严重影响动物生产性能。茶多酚通过清除有害自由基,提高机体内抗氧化酶的活性,从而达到降低肉鸡的热应激反应。
