透明细胞乳头状肾细胞癌二例临床病理特征分析 被引量：2

摘要 透明细胞乳头状肾细胞癌（clear cell papillary renal cell carcinoma，CCPRCC）是国际泌尿病理协会于2012年在加拿大温哥华对2004年世界卫生组织肾肿瘤的分类进行更新后增加的一类较少见的新病种。该肿瘤无明显性别倾向，患者一般无临床症状，多是体检或偶然发现。CCPRCC最初在终末期肾病患者中报道，并认为其与终末期肾病有关，但此后越来越多的文献证实CCPRCC与终末期肾病无关。总结2例CCPRCC的临床病理特征报道如下。
