反应性穿通性胶原病1例

A Case of Reactive Perforation Collagenosis

患者男,51岁。躯干、四肢泛发丘疹、结节,瘙痒半年。患有糖尿病、慢性肾功能不全,已行血液透析6年。皮肤组织病理示:胶原纤维穿通表皮。诊断:反应性穿通性胶原病。

A 51 -year-old male presented with papules and nodules on trunk and limbs for half a year. He had diabetes and chronic renal insufficiency. He had hemodialysis for six years. Histopathology revealed penetration of collagen fibers through skin. This case was diagnosed as reactive perforating collagenosis, which is clinically uncommon.
