丘疹性弹力纤维离解1例

A Case of Papular Elastorrhexis

患者男，11岁。腰背、腹部、前颈部、大腿、上肢出现丘疹1年，无自觉症状。丘疹直径2—5mm，浅白色，类圆形或卵圆形，部分丘疹表面轻度萎缩。组织病理示表皮轻度增生，真皮中上部胶原纤维增生、增粗，浅层血管周围稀疏淋巴细胞浸润；弹力纤维染色显示弹力纤维断裂、减少或缺失。诊断：丘疹性弹力纤维离解：

An I l-year-old male had asymptomatic papules on his waist, back, abdomen, neck, thighs and upper limbs for 1 year. Physical examination revealed multiple, follicular and round-to-oval light white papules with di- ameter of 2 to 5 mm, and some lesions were atrophic. Histopathology revealed epidermis of mild hyperplasia and hyperplasia or thicken of upper epidermis collagen fibrils. Superficial blood vessels were infiltrated by sparsely distributed ｜ymphocytes. Partial fragmentation or total loss of elastic fibers was prominent. This pa- tient was diagnosed as the papular elastorrhexis.
