麻防犀角地黄汤与犀角地黄汤治疗冬季血热型银屑病的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction and Xijiao Dihuang Decoction in Treating Winter Psoriasis Vulgaris with Blood-Heat Syndrome

目的本研究旨在通过临床观察比较"麻防犀角地黄汤"和"犀角地黄汤"治疗冬季血热型银屑病的临床疗效,为临床治疗寻常型银屑病提供一种新的思路和方法。方法将冬季血热型银屑病患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组口服中药汤剂"麻防犀角地黄汤",对照组口服中药汤剂"犀角地黄汤",两组患者在口服汤剂同时均使用达力士软膏每天两次。治疗8周后判断疗效。结果治疗组有效率为90.00%(27/30),优于对照组56.67%(17/30);治疗组药物起效时间更快。结论麻防犀角地黄汤治疗冬季血热型白疕疗效明显优于犀角地黄汤。

Objective This study aimed to provide a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of psoriasis vul- garis through the clinical observation comparison of ＂Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction＂ and ＂Xijiao Dihuang Decoction＂ in treating winter psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome. Methods Sixty patients of winter psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The treatment group were given Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction while the control group were given Xijiao Dihuang Decoction. At the same time all patients were treated with topical use of Daivonex ointment twice a day. The curative effect were determined after 8 weeks of treatment. Re- suits The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00% （27/30）, which was better than the control group 56. 67% （17/30） ; The drug onset time of the treatment group was faster. Conclusion The curative effect of Mafang Xijiao Dihuang Decoction was significantly better than that of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction in treating winter psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome.
