薄芝糖肽注射液联合308nm准分子激光治疗斑秃79例临床观察 被引量:11

Clinical Observation of Bozhi Glycopeptide Injection Combined with 308nm Excimer Laser in the Treatment of 79 Cases of Alopecia Areata

摘要 目的观察薄芝糖肽注射液联合308nm准分子激光治疗斑秃的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的79例斑秃患者按其就诊顺序编号采用随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组(39例)予薄芝糖肽注射液4m L肌注,隔日一次,同时予308nm准分子激光照射治疗,2周/次;对照组(40例)予5%米诺地尔外搽,2次/d,两组患者疗程均为12周。结果治疗结束时,治疗组有效率(84.62%)明显高于对照组有效率(57.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均较轻微。结论薄芝糖肽注射液联合308nm准分子激光治疗斑秃起效快、疗效显著、安全性高。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bozhi Glycopeptide injection combined with 308- nm excimer laser in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods Seventy-nine cases of patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment sequence number. In the treatment group, 39 cases were treated with Bozhi Glycopeptide injection by 4mL intramuscular injection, q. o. d, combined with 308-nm excimer laser irradiation twice a week ; while 40 cases in control group were topically treated with 5% minoxidil twice a day. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the 2 groups after 12 weeks. Results After the twelfth week, the efficiency of treatment group was 84. 62%, significantly higher than that of the control group which was 57.50% ( P 〈 0.05 ). Adverse reactions were mild in the two groups. Conclusion Bozbi glyeopeptide injection combined with 308nm exeimer laser takes effect faster and has more significant curative effect, higher safety and better compliance in the treatment of alopecia areata.
