Extracurricular academic science and technology works competition has become an important way to develop the innovative ability of college students. This article investigates the meaning of faculty advisers in college students ＇ science and technology works competition,summarizes the situation of participating in the competition,and pointes out the methods of how to guide the students to make a high level of innovation works.
