思政教育与专业教育有机结合,能够提高学生的专业认同感、提高班级凝聚力。深化"学长辅导制",将"朋辈"的力量作为班级建设管理的补充,也是专业班级建设的有益尝试。基于此,以专业引导为核心,"辅导员+专业班主任+学长"相互协调合作,"班委统一负责"而构成的"复合型"的班级管理模式是能够较好地适应"专业分流"背景之下班集体建设的重要途径。
