“专业引领,朋辈互助”探索专业分流背景下的班级体建设——以浙江师范大学工商管理类为例

摘要 思政教育与专业教育有机结合,能够提高学生的专业认同感、提高班级凝聚力。深化"学长辅导制",将"朋辈"的力量作为班级建设管理的补充,也是专业班级建设的有益尝试。基于此,以专业引导为核心,"辅导员+专业班主任+学长"相互协调合作,"班委统一负责"而构成的"复合型"的班级管理模式是能够较好地适应"专业分流"背景之下班集体建设的重要途径。 An organic combination of ideological education and professional education can improve the students' professional identity,improve class cohesion. We can deepen the " senior mentoring" and the power of " peer" as the complement of the construction and management of class is also the beneficial trial of professional class construction. Based on this,in a professional guide as the core, " counselor + professional class teacher + senior counselors" can mutually make coordination and cooperation. The committee is responsible for " class" and a " compound" class management mode is to be able to better adapt to the " professional triage" under the background of important way of the class construction.
