大学英语课程服务专业人才培养功能的探究

On the Function of CE Serving the Cultivation of Professionals

目前非英语专业大学英语正处在一个重要的转型时期,课程的定位一直存在争议,但其服务专业教学、服务专业人才培养的功能已为人们认可。文章着重探讨当前大学英语课程教学中服务专业人才培养功能缺失的问题,并就此从课程教学目标、课程管理、教学评价、课程群建设、师资队伍建设、教学模式建构等七个方面提出解决问题的对策,以期对大学英语课程改革有所帮助。

Currently the course of College English（ CE） for non- English majors has been in a critical trans- formative period,the position and features of which has been controversial. However,the function of CE serving the teaching of specialties,serving the cultivation of professionals have been gaining more acceptance. To achieve the purpose of helping the CE reform to some extent,discussed in the paper are mainly the issues of the CE＇s loss of functions serving the cultivation of professionals and the countermeasures of these problems from the seven perspectives such as the the course objectives,curriculum management,assessment,the course group building,qualified teaching staffs construction,excellent teaching models setting up,etc.
