民族地区高校外语人才培养多元化模式探索——以延边大学研究生公共英语教学改革为例

Research on the Diversified Training Modes for Foreign Language Talents in Graduate English Teaching in the University in Minority Regions——A Case Study of English Teaching Reform for Non- English Major Graduates of Yanbian university

在深化研究生公共英语教学改革过程中,教学目标、课程设置与教学内容、教学模式、考核体系等推行外语人才培养模式的多元化、个性化和灵活化是提升研究生英语教学和外语人才培养质量的一个有效的措施。因此客观地审视我校研究生英语教学改革存在问题,结合众多高校的研究生英语教学改革实践,探索符合民族地区高校实情的、有效的外语人才培养模式对开创民族地区高校研究生英语教学的新格局有极大的现实意义。

In the process of deepening the English teaching reform,it is one of the effective measures to enhance English teaching effectiveness and the quality of training foreign language talents to make the goal of teaching,curriculum setting and teaching contents,teaching methods,and evaluation system. Therefore,combined with the reform practice of other universities,we should have an objective look at the problems in the graduate English teaching reform in our university to explore the effective training modes for foreign language talents is of practical significance on creating a new pattern of Graduate English Teaching in minority regions.
