摘要
传统高硅矿石使用动物胶凝聚重量法来测硅,滤液中少量硅须使用比色法来进行测定,且大部分情况下还需使用溶量法来测铝,步骤繁冗,效率较低。本法采用ICP—AES技术可同时测定滤液中的硅和铝,对三氧化二铝(0.5%一25%)、滤液中二氧化硅(O.5%一15%),相对标准偏差均小于5%,有效减少了实验步骤,使操作更为简便、快捷的同时测定结果更为准确。
Traditional high silicon mineral take the gravimetric method of animal glue agglomeration to test silicon and colorimetric method is needed to test the little silicon in filtrate, also in most cases, volumetric method is needed to test aluminum, which course is burdensome with low efficiency. In this paper, ICP-AES technology is used to test silicon and aluminum simultaneously and it decreases relative standard deviation to a level under 5%, which reduces effectively the experiment steps and makes the operation simple and efficient and the result more accurate.
