EPC总承包模式是国家大力推行的工程管理模式,文控工作在其中起到润滑剂和管理支持等作用。文控工作的本质就是留下管理痕迹和经验积累,对EPC项目管理运行起到至关重要作用,深刻理解文控管理内涵和相关依据对做好文控工作十分重要。
EPC contracting pattern is project management pattern which is promoted vigorously by country, during which, the document controller work play the role of lubricant and management support.The essence of document controller work is leaving management trace and gathering experience, which has a vitally important function on the operation of EPC project management.
