摘要
近年来,在世界范围内掀起一股大学海外分校热。文章通过对国外大学海外分校发展的研究,发现其创办动因复杂多元;经费保障是可持续发展的关键;学科专业设置服务区域发展需要;高质量办学是输入国主要诉求。鉴于这些特点,作为国外大学海外分校在我国实现形式的中外合作大学,在发展中应坚持公益性办学导向,明确教育活动本质;积极构建多元化筹资模式;科学、合理设置学科专业;不断提升办学质量。
Setting overseas branch campus is becoming a worldwide trend for universities in recent years.By studying the development of foreign university branch campus(FUBC),the paper finds that:they are established for complex and various reasons;guarantee of funds is the key to FUBC's sustainable development;disciplines and majors are set adapting to needs of local development;high quality education is the main demands of input nation.In view of these,the development of Sino-foreign university should insist non-profit and keep the nature of education,actively build diversified model for funding raising,set disciplines and majors scientifically and reasonably,and enhance the quality of education continuously.
