本文概述数控加工过程中数值计算的基本方法:手工计算法、软件辅助法、宏程序法,重点阐述手工计算法在数车编程中的实用性,旨在提高生产率,稳定加工质量,从而提高企业的综合效益。
This paper introduced the basic method of numerical calculation of NC machining process： manual calculationmethod, software method, macro programming method, focuses on the practicality of the manual calculation methodin the number of cars in programming, in order to improve the productivity, stabilize the processing quality, andimprove the overall efficiency of the enterprise.
