摘要
管片车是盾构法施工中不可缺少的设备之一,主要负责运输混凝土管片。为适应国内市场管片车低廉的价格竞争,简化管片车生产工艺,优化管片车结构,减少钢材成本十分重要。基于此,主要借助仿真软件Solidworks Simulation对管片车结构进行优化设计,从而指导生产,提高利润。
Segment car is one of indispensable equipment in Bhield construction^ it is mainly used to transport concretesegment* In order to adapt to low price competition in the domestic market, it is very important to optimize segmentcar production process and structure and reduce the cost of steel. Based on this, this paper was optimized thestructure of segment with the aid of simulation software, in order to guide the production and increase profits .
