装载机变速泵静密封故障分析及工艺改进

Failure Analysis and Process Improvement of the Static Seal for Gear Shift Pump of the Loader

密封垫是在装载机变速泵与变矩器取力口之间的一个小零件。在实际使用中,密封垫失效会导致安装法兰处渗油,变速泵输入轴断裂,或者滚键、变矩器取力口轴承散架等故障。针对原有密封工艺存在的不足,文章分析了问题产生的原因,并给出了针对性的优化方案。经实际使用验证,达到了预期目的。

The seal gasket was a little part between the loader gear shift pump and torque convert outlet flange. Inpractical use, after the seal failed, it would cause some fault, for example the oil leakage on mounting flange, the fractureor roller of input shaft for gear shift pump, and torque converter took apart of mouth bearing. Aiming at the defi_ciencies of the original seal technology, this paper analyzed the causes of the problem and gave a targeted optimizationscheme. By practical use of certification, it achieved the intended purpose.
