摘要 改革开放以来,我国的制造工业取得了前所未有的发展,其对凸轮及凸轮轴在生产数量与精度方面提出了更高的要求,在这种发展环境下,凸轮磨的磨削加工技术正朝着高效率、高精度方向迈进,促进了凸轮生产工艺水平的提升。本文将着重对凸轮轴磨削加工速度的优化进行深入探究,并探究凸轮轴磨削加工的自动数控编程,为生产制造业的发展提供参考与借鉴。 Since the reform and opening up, China^s manufacturing industry made an unprecedented development,the cam and cam shaft in the production quantity and precision was putted forward more high requirements. In the de_velopment environment, cam grinding and grinding machining technology is towards high efficiency, high precisiondirection forward, and promote the level of cam production processes. In this paper, the optimization of the cam shaftgrinding speed was emphatically explored, and the automatic NC programming of the cam shaft grinding process wasexplored, which provides a reference for the development of the manufacturing industry.
