摘要
本文以回收镍盐化工污泥中的镍为目的,采用酸浸—沉淀—蒸发结晶工艺得到了较高纯度的硫酸镍产品。研究了含镍污泥中镍的最佳浸出条件,重点探讨了浸出液中沉铁和沉镍的最佳pH,考察了水洗工艺对粗产品氢氧化镍中杂质的去除效果,最终通过加酸溶解、蒸发结晶制取了硫酸镍。
The purpose of this study is to recover nickel (Ni) from sludge containing nickel produced by nickel industryusing method of dissolution with sulfate acid, precipitation and crystallization by evaporation, and the highpurity of nickel sulfate is obtained. Effects of concentration and amount of sulfuric acid on leaching of nickel wereprecipitated, and the optimum pH at when iron and nickel ion were investigated, the effect of washing with water onremoving foreign ion was studied, afterwards, the precipitate was dissolved with sulfuric acid again and crystallizedby evaporation.
