摘要
随着喷涂技术的不断进步和完善,针对现行电泳涂装工艺的特点,本文提出了一种新增门槛阳极系统的汽车电泳槽设计方法。通过该方法,使得在汽车门槛等钢板较厚的位置达到防腐要求的膜厚,也不会造成其他区域的膜厚超标,避免了电泳漆原料的超标消耗,为实际电泳涂装的改进提供了一种可行方法。
W ith the continuous progress and improvement of the spraying technology, and the characteristicsof the current electrophoretic coating process, this paper presented a new method for the design of the anodesystem on auto electrophoresis tank. By this process, the position on which was thicker such as theplate in the automobile door could reach the anti-corrosion requirements of the film thickness, also couldnot cause other regions of the membrane thickness excessive, and avoid the electrophoretic paint raw m aterialsof excessive consumption, which provides a feasible method for improvement of the actual electrophoresiscoating.
