摘要 预制墩台湿法安装是一项全新的施工工艺,止水技术是其关键控制要素,分离式胶囊柔性止水是对原设计整体式胶囊止水工艺的优化改进,试验研究围绕分离式胶囊柔性止水技术、双峰GINA套箱止水技术展开。结果表明,分离式胶囊柔性止水技术可成功实现10~20m水深情形下的止水要求,并有效控制了失效风险。钢套箱自重力压缩GINA止水带可成功实现钢套箱与预制承台间的止水。 Wet installation of prefabricated pier and abutment construction technology is a new technology,and water-stop technology is the key control element,separate capsule flexible water-stop method is the optimization and improvement of the monolithic capsule of water stop process to the original design,and the experimental research focuses on the separate capsule flexible water-stop technology and bimodal GINA casing water-stop technology. The results show that the separate capsule flexible waterproof techniques can successfully realize water-stop in 10 to 20 m water depth and can effectively control the risk of failure.The water-stop between steel box and the precast pile caps can be successfully realized through the self gravitational compression steel boxed GINA water-stop technology.
