摘要
港珠澳跨海大桥承台及墩身采用工厂化全预制,预制墩台安装需对其平面位置及高程进行精确调节。介绍了一种装配式三维调节系统结构设计及其相应的智能液压同步位移系统工作原理。工程实践表明,该装配式三维调节系统具有资源消耗低、施工周期短、通用性强的诸多优势,有利于施工成本及安全风险控制。BII-04智能液压同步位移系统性能稳定,操作简捷,简化预制墩台调节流程,工效高。该装置可为类似工程项目提供借鉴经验。
The factory prefabrications of pile caps and pier are used in HZMB,and the plane position and elevation of prefabricated pier should be accurately adjusted in installation.In this paper a method of assembly 3D-adjusting system and the working concepts of corresponding intelligent synchronous displacement hydraulic system are introduced.The project practice indicates that the assembling 3Dadjusting system has the advantages of low resource consumption,short construction period and wide application fields.These advantages are in favor of the construction cost and safety risk control.The BII-04 corresponding intelligent synchronous displacement hydraulic system is easy to operate and can simplify the reconciliation process of precast piers.The device can provide some reference for similar projects.
