盐酸氨基葡萄糖对比独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

Comparison of the Curative Effect between Glucosamine Hydrochloride and Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的对比观察西药盐酸氨基葡萄糖与中药独活寄生汤口服治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效。方法 2014年1月-2015年7月门诊就诊的轻中度膝骨关节炎患者共142例。随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组72例,口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖;对照组70例,口服独活寄生汤;疗程均为1个月。观察治疗组及对照组的临床疗效。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝骨关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组VAS评分、ISOA均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨基葡萄糖能明显缓解膝骨关节炎症状、改善功能,疗效优于中药独活寄生汤。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride and Chinese traditional medicine of angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods We included 142 patients with mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis treated between January 2014 and July 2015. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 72 patients in the treatment group received glucosamine hydrochloride, while the other 70 patients in the control group took oral Chinese medicine of angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction. The treatment course was one month. We observed the clinical curative effect of both the two groups. Results After the treatment, the difference in Visual Analogy Score （VAS） and Severity Index of Osteoarthritis （ISOA） in the two groups were significant compared with those before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of VAS pain score, ISOA and treatment effectiveness （P 〈 0.05）. Condusion Glucosamine hydrochloride can obviously relieve knee osteoarthritis symptoms and improve knee function, which has a better curative effect than the traditional Chinese medicine of angelicae pubescentis and loranthi decoction.
