摘要
美国马里兰大学图书馆通过制定学科馆员绩效指导准则、规范学科馆员绩效评估检查表、细化评估调研工作操作实践,构建了较为完善的学科馆员服务绩效评估体系,对其构建过程的研究和分析,有利于国内图书馆学科馆员制度的建设和服务评估。
