Taking the activity of ＂one university, one book＂ in Hunan province as an example, through the activity summary, positive thinking and reverse thinking, this article explores the strategies for building reading promotion system under the collaboration back- ground in order to promote continuous, deep and healthy development of regional reading promotion activities. 6 refs.
