摘要
利用甲醛、乙醛与2,4-二硝基苯肼发生衍生化反应,通过液相色谱可对生成的甲醛、乙醛的2,4-二硝基苯腙衍生物进行分离,并在254 nm处有明显吸收的性质,建立了高效液相色谱法测定环氧乙烷中甲醛、乙醛含量分析方法。对环氧乙烷的测定进行了干扰试验,结果表明,环氧乙烷本身对该衍生化反应有一定的抑制作用,通过在甲醛、乙醛标准溶液中添加环氧乙烷本底的方法,可消除样品中环氧乙烷本底所产生的负向干扰。以含量为横坐标,峰高为纵坐标的工作曲线线性相关系数为:甲醛0.999 5,乙醛0.999 3;甲醛乙醛回收率均在95%~105%。
The derivatization of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine was used here,the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrozones derivatives of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were separated by liquid chromatography,and there was obvious absorb in 254 nm,so the method of determination of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde content in ethylene oxide by HPLC was established.The disturb test had been finished,the results showed,the ethylene oxide had some inhibitory action to the derivatization.By adding ethylene oxide as background in the standard solution of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde,the negative interference of the ethylene oxide in sample can be eliminated.The linear relative coefficients of the standard curve of content as x-coordinate and the height of peak as y-coordinate were 0.999 5(formaldehyde) and 0.999 3(acetaldehyde).The recoveries of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were 95%~105%.
