摘要
对PTA装置溶剂汽提系统运行状态进行了分析,指出系统结壁、设备故障、管线泄漏是溶剂汽提系统停运碱洗的主要原因。并针对碱洗原因,优化了工艺、设备参数,从根本上解决了溶剂汽提系统停运碱洗周期短的问题,进而确保了整个装置的平稳、安全运行。
Though analysing the PTA plant solvent stripping system running status,it is pointed out that the system caking,equipment failures,pipeline leak are the main reasons for the solvent stripping system shutdown alkaline cleaning.And according to the alkaline cleaning reasons,the process and equipment parameters were optimized,fundamentally solved the problem that the solvent stripping system shutdown alkaline cleaning cycle was short.The smooth and safe operation of the plant is ensured.
