痛风治疗药物的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Gout

随着人们生活水平的提高及饮食结构的改变,高尿酸血症及痛风的发病率明显升高,且有年轻化的趋势,已成为严重威胁人类健康的主要疾病。该文综述了痛风的发病机制、现有的各类抗痛风药物及其最近研究进展,旨在提高对痛风的认识及治疗水平,并为后续痛风治疗药物研究提供理论基础。

With the development of the living standard and the changes of diet composition, the incidence of hyperuricemia and gout is rising and the trend of incidence among the age groups keeps getting younger, which represent a great threat to human health. In this review, we discussed the pathogenesis of gout, all kinds of therapeutic drugs and recent research progress, aimed at improving the level of the understanding and treatment of gout, and providing the theoretical basis for follow-up research on gout therapeutic drugs.
