帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗抑郁症并发睡眠障碍100例

Efficacy and Adverse Reaction of Paroxetine Combined with Olanzapine in Treating Depression Patients with Sleep Disorders in 100 Cases

目的观察抑郁症并发睡眠障碍患者应用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选择抑郁症并发睡眠障碍患者200例,均分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,试验组应用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后试验组患者的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=12.54,P〈0.05）;试验组患者的睡眠潜伏期为（0.64±0.28）h、觉醒时间为（1.92±0.58）h、觉醒次数为（1.02±1.28）次,明显低于对照组的（3.12±1.33）h、（3.04±1.65）h和（3.92±1.13）次;试验组患者的睡眠总时间为（8.46±4.94）h,明显高于对照组的（4.89±2.53）h,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;试验组的不良反应发生率为3.00%,低于对照组的52.00%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6.07,P〈0.05）。结论应用帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗抑郁症并发睡眠障碍,起效快、疗效好、安全可靠,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of depression combined with sleep disorder. Methods 200 patients with depression combined with sleep disorder in the hospital were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with paroxetine therapy, patients in the experimental group by paroxetine combined with olanzapine treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90. 00%, which was significantly higher than70. 00% of the control group（ χ~2= 12. 54, P〈 0. 05）; the sleep latency in the experimental group was（ 0. 64 ± 0. 28） h, awakening time（ 1. 92 ± 0. 58） h, the number of awakening（ 1. 02 ± 1. 28） times, which were obviously lower than（ 3. 12 ± 1. 33） h,（ 3. 04 ± 1. 65） h,（ 3. 92 ± 1. 13） times of the control group; the total sleep time of the experimental group was（ 8. 46 ± 4. 94） h, which was significantly higher than（ 4. 89 ± 2. 53） h of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）; the incidence rate of adverse reactions in experimental group was3. 00%, which was significantly lower than 52. 00% of the control group（ χ~2= = 6. 07, P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder, rapid onset, good curative effect, safe and reliable with less adverse reaction.
