摘要
CEMS是烟道烟气排放连续监测系统,是对烟气中NOX、SO2、O2、烟尘的浊度、烟气流速、烟气温度、烟气压力、烟气湿度等重要参数的监视,最终保障烟气中排放到大气中的烟气的各参数浓度达到国家环境保护的标准。本分析仪采用非分光型红外线法(NDIR)对烟气中SO2、NOX等重要参数进行采样分析。本文通过对分析仪测试原理的介绍,分析了样气预处理系统及其它方面的常见故障,并对其提出解决方法。CEMS的连续的正常检测为锅炉生产装置的可靠安稳运行提供了有力保障。
CEMS is continuous emission monitoring system of industrial smoke, the system is used to monitor important parameters, including nitrogen oxide, sulfur dioxide, oxygen, turbidity, flow, temperature, pressure, humidity, etc. By monitoring the parameters, all exhaust gases concentrations can achieve the environment protection standard. The analysis instrument use ways of NDIR to measure concentrations of exhaust gases. This paper describes the principle of the analyzer analyzes the common fauhs sample conditioning system and other aspects, and its proposed solutions. CEMS normal continuous detection of the boiler plant of stable and reliable operation to provide a strong guarantee.
