摘要
本文就当前维修人员对动态卡调校过程中的一些困扰,详细讨论了秦山30万机组反应堆功率调节系统中的RRE17、RRE25这两块典型动态卡的调校方法,并对其做出理论上的解释。本文通过MATLAB\SIMULINK对调校方法进行了仿真验证,最后总结了这两类动态卡调校的方法,以及在以后的动态卡调校中对维护人员进行理论上的指导,提高调校的效率。另外,本文中利用MATLAB\SIMULINK仿真传递函数的阶跃响应的方法对于维护人员来说,在其进行过程控制系统分析、调试、维护中也有一定的借鉴意义。
Due to the trouble of adjustment method of dynamic regulating module for maintenance personnel, the paper discusses in details about the adjustment method of RRE17 and RRE25 modules which are used in the reactor power regulating system of Qin Shah 300MW nuclear power plant, and explains the principle of the adjustment method. The paper validates and verifies the adjustment method through the MATLAB/SIMULINK. At the end, the paper summarizes the adjustment methods in order to provide the guide for maintenance personnel in principle. Otherwise, the analysis method of step function through MATLABkSIMULINK tools is more valuable for dynamic analysis, commissioning and maintenance of process control system.
