摘要 功能安全技术随着汽车产业的不断发展得到了整个行业广泛的关注。FMEDA作为ISO26262的三大可靠性分析技术之一,如何在产品设计流程中实施FMEDA技术是系统安全分析工程师的巨大挑战。文章阐述了如何在系统设计的过程中使用FMEDA发现系统的弱点进一步优化系统。通过示例分析及优化的结果证明FMEDA的应用可以显著提升产品设计的质量,缩短设计周期。 Functional safety technology attracts total industry attention during the continuous development of the automotive industry. FMEDA is one of the three reliability analysis technology. How to implement FMEDA technology in product design process is a great challenge for system safety analysis engineer. The paper expounds product how to use FMEDA to find the system weakness in system design process and further optimize system. FMEDA application can significantly improve the quality of product design and shorten design cycle through the practice analysis result.
