摘要
汽车车体截面设计是零部件结构设计的基础和核心。截面性能反映了结构的碰撞安全和刚度性能,截面性能分析可以有效的、快速的为结构设计提供依据。文章针对某车型正面碰撞中前纵梁后端弯曲变形过大的问题,通过截面性能分析方法对其截面参数进行快速优化,大大提高了截面的抗弯能力,基于该优化截面完成了结构设计,最终整车碰撞仿真对改进方案进行验证。工程算例表明,该方法在纵梁结构的碰撞性能优化设计方面具有较强的工程实用性。
Automotive body section design is the basis and core of the part structure design. Sectionperformance reflects the performance of collision safety and rigidity of the structure, a cross-sectional level performance analysis caneffectively and quickly provide the basis for the structural design. In this paper, aiming at the problem that the rear end of the front middle rail bend excessively in the frontal impact, rapid performance optimization through cross-sectional analysis is finished, which greatly improve the ability of bending.Based on the optimized cross-section, the structure is designed, and ultimately the whole car crash simulation validatesthe improvement program.The engineering examples show that the method has a strong engineering practicability for performance optimization design of the front middle rail.
