摘要
文章损失进行分析,通过试验得出某型号变速器搅油功率损失值,并利用试验数据定量研究变速器搅油损失与其影响因素--转速、加油量和油温之间的关系,并在试验台模拟变速器部分实际工况,得出变速器搅油损失的一些规律。
This paper, the transmission churning loss is analyzed, through the experiments on a certain type transmission mixing churning loss value. Used test data research the relationship of churning loss and its influence factors—speed,oil capacity and oil temperature,and on the test bench simulate the transmission part of the actual working condition,concluded that transmission some regularity of churning loss.
