摘要
文章对某品牌车辆在高原地区低速行驶时的制动性能展开实地试验研究,通过设置5组对比试验,模拟车辆可能出现的多种低速制动工况,分析探究该车辆在高原地区低速行驶过程中制动助力不足的影响因素,并通过试验数据论证车辆改进方案的有效性。试验结果表明,车辆改进方案在一定程度上能提高真空助力器的真空度以及真空恢复速率,有助于改善车辆的制动安全性。
This article introduces a vehicle low-speed braking performance test carried out in the plateau region on vehicles with a certain brand.5 groups of contrast experiment programs were set and operated to simulatea variety of low-speed braking conditions. Through the analysis of test data, the influence factors of vehicle's low-speed brake power shortage in the plateau region were analyzed and explored, and a certain improvement for vehicles were proved to be effective.The test results indicate that the improvement scheme can improve vacuum booster vacuum and vacuum recovery rate in a certain extent, which helping to improve the vehicle braking safety.
