文章从实际维修案例中,选取福克斯车型一个不常见的简单偶发故障为例,引出对该车型配备2.0L GDIQ0型发动机的供油系统分析。对该型发动机的供油系统(包括低压部分和高压部分)的结构以及控制电路均进行了比较详细的分析与阐述。最终通过这样的案例和系统结构分析,提出驾驶人在使用车辆过程中应对车辆尤其是有关行车安全方面的各种故障引起高度重视,预防为主,及时检修。以确保车辆处于良好工况,提高车辆使用安全性、经济性和环保性。

Combined with the actual case of maintenance, this article selected the unusual simple accidental malfunction of the FOCUS. In this paper, the vehicles equipped with 2.0 L GDIQ0 engine fuel system are analyzed. The structure of the engine fuel system, including the low pressure and high pressure parts,and control circuit are compared the detailed analysis and elaboration. Finally through such cases and analysis, the author put forward the driver in the process of using vehicle, should attach great importance to the vehicles. Especially about the safety aspects of the various malfunction, should insist on prevention and timely maintenance. To ensure the vehicle is in good condition and improve the safety, economy and environmental protection of the vehicle.
