摘要
本文通过对西澳大利亚大学法学院的法学专业教育模式的考察,展示了澳洲法学教育的专业建设、培养模式与理念、教学方法与过程、改革发展动向等方面区别于中国普通高校法学教育之处,提出其中可资借鉴的制度与理念对中国法学教育的启示。
Model of legal education for Law majors in the University of Western Australia（ UWA） is observed and analyzed from aspects of classification and development of legal specialities,training model and ideas,teaching methodology and processes,reform and innovation orientation. There are a lot of differences between the ewestern Australian style and Chinese style in normal universities. Important experiences and concepts could be drawn for the enlightenment of reform of Chinese legal education.
