民族院校实验室开放策略研究与实践

Research and Practice of Laboratory Open Strategies in Nationalities Universities

分析了实验室开放面临的主要问题,结合少数民族学生特殊性,从实验室资源、管理机制、师资队伍以及学生引导等方面提出了实验室开放实施策略。教学实践表明,所提出的开放策略激发了学生学习兴趣和自信心,切实提升了学生的工程实践能力和创新意识,教学效果显著。

In this paper, the major issues that laboratory open faced are analyzed. In view of these problems combined with national characteristics of our university, laboratory open strategies in terms of laboratory resources, management mechanism, teaching staff, and teacher conducting are explored. The teaching practice of the strategies shows that these strategies have effectively aroused students＇ interests, improved engineering practice ability and innovation consciousness, and achieved significant teaching effect.
