经皮椎弓根螺钉技术应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 经皮椎弓根螺钉技术(PPSF)是对传统开放螺钉内固定技术的一种补充,其创伤小,术后恢复快,现已广泛运用于胸腰椎骨折、脊柱退变、畸形、肿瘤、感染等病例中。术前定位及术中计算机辅助定位能够减少透视时间及增加置钉准确性。现各类PPSF系统各有优缺点,而PPSF联合其他手术是今后该技术发展的一个方向。
