Practice and Exploration of the Assessment and Evaluation of Grass-roots Party Branch in State-owned Enterprises under New Circumstances

基层党支部是党联系群众的桥梁和纽带,是开展党的活动、完成党的任务的最基本单位。当前国有企业基层党支部考核评价在内容、形式、指标体系等方面存在一些问题。为了促进国有企业基层党支部考核评价更加科学有效、加强新形势下国有企业基层党支部建设,必须对基层党支部工作考核评价的原则、关键问题及其实效性进行深入的分析和研究。

Grass-roots Party branch serves as a joint connecting the Party with the general public. As a small cell of the communist Party,it plays the role of performing Party activities and completing the Party mission. It is found that there are some problems in content,form and indicator system of the assessment and evaluation in the company grass-roots Party branch. To make a more scientific and efficient evaluation system and contribute to the Party construction in state owned company under new circumstances,a thorough analysis and research should be conducted on the principle,essential problems and effectiveness of performance assessment and evaluation in grassroots Party branch.
