德、日、美高技能人才培养理念对我国高职教育的启示

Enlightenment of Highly Skilled Personnel Training Philosophy in Germany,Japan and the United States to China's Higher Vocational Education

知识经济时代的高技能人才是经济发展、社会生产、国际经济竞争的核心力量,受到社会各界的广泛关注。德、日、美三国作为发达工业国家的领头羊,非常注重高技能人才的培养,其关于高技能人才培养的体制、经验,值得我国学习和借鉴。通过分析德、日、美三国高技能人才培养的机制及其特点,总结规律,对我国高技能人才的培养提出建议。

Highly skilled talents in knowledge economy era have received extensive attention from all sectors of the community as the core strength of the economic development,social production,and international economic competition. As the leaders of developed industrial countries,Germany,Japan and the United States pay great attention to the training of highly skilled personnel. It is worth our country to study and draw lessons from the above countries ＇ system and experience of high skill talent training. This paper analyzes the mechanism and characteristics of high skilled personnel training in Germany,Japan and the United States,sums up the law,and puts forward the suggestions on the cultivation of high skilled talents in our country.
