Course Construction of Business Administration Major Based on TQM

全面质量管理(TQM)是提高产品/服务质量的有效方法。文章将TQM的核心思想应用于工商管理专业建设中,提出了工商管理专业全面质量运行体系。运用PDCA循环程序,把教学质量管理的计划系统、实施系统、监控系统和处理系统有机结合起来,形成可循环提高的质量管理链,促进了教学质量的不断改进和持续提高。

Total quality management（TQM） is an effective method to improve the quality of product and service. The strategy of TQM is applied in the course construction of Business Administration（BA）major, and a system about TQM in BA is proposed. According to PDCA, the schedule, implementation, monitor, and action system are combined effectively, and further a chain for improving the quality management is formed. Finally, the teaching quality can be enhanced continually.
