摘要
系统的介绍了国内外铁锰矿的选矿工艺研究的进展及应用情况。具体重选、磁选、浮选、火法富集和化学选矿以及选冶联合工艺在铁锰矿的分离与富集中的作用及其进展。重点指出了对铁锰紧密共生,存在铁锰类质同象且泥化严重的铁锰矿,采用单一的选矿流程不能很好的将铁、锰分离与富集,应注重研究选矿各工艺间的协同作用,实现铁、锰的分离与富集,为铁锰矿的发展提供新的方向。
This article systematically tells of the processing technology and development of ferro-manganese ore at home and broad. The function and research development of ferro-manganese ore in gravity separation,including magnetic separation,flotation fire and chemical mineral processing are respectively introduced. It emphasizes that ferro-manganese exist in the close symbiosis of iron and manganese and ferro-manganese of isomorphism and clay.By using a single beneficiation process,we can't separate iron,manganese and enrichment it well. It should pay more attention to the research and collaboration between different beneficiation process and methods of mineral smelting and joint. We have realized the separation and enrichment of iron,manganese to provide a new direction for the development of ferro-manganese ore.
