摘要
在知识经济时代的今天,技术型人才流失现状令人堪忧,必须采取相应的措施控制才能有效地留住人才,以维持和提升矿业企业的核心竞争力。以某锰业集团公司为例,通过对该公司技术型人才流失的原因进行分析,提出具有针对性的人才保留对策,对遏制人才的不合理流失具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。
In the era of knowledge economy,loss of technical talent is worrying,and we must take the appropriate measures to control effectively retaining talent persons to maintain and enhance the core competitive power of mining enterprises. In some industrial groups,for example,we,through an analysis of the causes of the loss of technical talent,will propose our targeted retention strategies to curb unreasonable loss of talent,as is of theoretical meaning and practical value.
